Cant get on

i couldnt find a better place to post this so i think here is good but i havent been able to get on it keeps saying conection refused: conect but ive been on the server alot and i rly love this server u saaid the server was bak up on this form idk if that was a diffrent time but is the server down or something bc i havent been able to get on for days

ya i just had the urge to post again im impachint and a bad speller w/e but can any1 else get on bc i dont want it to be just me D:

i was able to get on for a bit today and last night but again today the same message as befor ill see how long it goes on for

When I try to go on for some reason my scream goes black when i go on to the sever

why has the server been down so much or i just cant get on but why is that

wow 1 minuet i can get on then the next i cant what is up with the server?

srsly? again i just wanna no why the server is going down that would make me feel a bit better
